The Truman Show est une comédie dramatique américaine de 1998. Le film a été réalisé par Peter Weir et a été écrit par Andrew Niccol. La principale star du film est Jim Carrey. Le film parle d’un jeune homme appelé Truman Burbank qui vit dans une ville fictive appelée Seahaven.

La ville entière prend la forme d’un dôme et Truman peut être vu partout dans le monde à la télévision. Il fait partie de la série depuis sa naissance. Il était l’un des six bébés indésirables à être dans la série. Il ne se rend compte que plus tard que la ville dans laquelle il vit est fictive. Christof est le créateur de la série et certains l’appelleraient « le méchant. » Il est chargé de faire en sorte que tout se passe bien et ne peut se permettre de perdre Truman.

he whole town fits into a dome shape and Truman can be seen all over the world on television. He has been on the show since he was born. He was the one out of six unwanted babies to be in the show. He does not realise until later that the town he is living in is made-up. Christof is the creator of the show and some would call him a villain. He is in charge of making everything go right and cannot afford to lose Truman.
