« Fade to grey »

Avec ce titre : “Fade to grey” Steve Strange du groupe Visage est resté en tête du hit-parade durant plusieurs mois. Un des leaders du mouvement “New romantics” et avec la sortie de cet album, “Fade to grey”, Steve Strange marqua un tournant décisif dans la musique des 30 glorieuses.

Plusieurs projets dans les années 2000 et notamment ce remixe entre “Fade to grey” et Magic Fly” de Didier Marouani dont le résultat donna un “Fade to love” ainsi que de multiples remixes entre les deux groupes, projet qui a malheureusement été stoppé suite au décès prématuré de Steve Strange survenu en 2015.

With this title: “Fade to gray” Steve Strange of the group Visage remained at the top of the charts for several months. One of the leaders of the “New romantics” movement and with the release of this album, “Fade to gray”, Steve Strange marked a turning point in the music of the 30 glorious years.

Several projects in the 2000s and in particular this remix between “Fade to gray” and Magic Fly ”by Didier Marouani, the result of which gave a“ Fade to love ”as well as multiple remixes between the two groups, a project which was unfortunately stopped following to Steve Strange’s untimely death in 2015.

Cu acest titlu: „Fade to gray” Steve Strange din grupul Visage a rămas în fruntea topurilor timp de câteva luni. Unul dintre liderii mișcării „Noii romantici” și odată cu lansarea acestui album, „Fade to gray”, Steve Strange a marcat un punct de cotitură în muzica celor 30 de ani glorioși.

Mai multe proiecte în anii 2000 și în special acest remix între „Fade to gray” și Magic Fly ”de Didier Marouani, al cărui rezultat a dat„ Fade to love ”, precum și multiple remixuri între cele două grupuri, un proiect care din păcate a fost a încetat după moartea prematură a lui Steve Strange în 2015.

Depeche Mode

Fan de la musique électronique et de l’instrumental, “Depeche mode” fait partie du très large éventail de mes groupes préférés. Un titre que je chéris tout particulièrement : “Enjoy the silence” dans sa version : (Ecstatic Dub Mix).

Enjoy the Silence est une chanson de Depeche Mode composée par Martin L. Gore et chantée par Dave Gahan qui apparaît sur l’album Violator. Un mois avant la sortie de cet album, il est sorti en single par Mute Records le 5 février 1990, avec Memphisto en face B.

Fan of electronic music and instrumental, “Depeche mode” is one of the very wide range of my favorite bands. A title that i particularly liked: “Enjoy the silence” in its version: (Ecstatic Dub Mix).

Enjoy the Silence is a song by Depeche Mode composed by Martin L. Gore and sung by Dave Gahan which appears on the album Violator. One month before the release of this album, it was released as a single by Mute Records on February 5, 1990, with Memphisto on the B side.

Fan al muzicii electronice și al instrumentelor, „Depeche mode” face parte din gama foarte largă a trupelor mele preferate. Un titlu pe care îl prețuiesc în mod deosebit: „Enjoy the silence” în versiunea sa: (Ecstatic Dub Mix).

Enjoy the Silence este o melodie a lui Depeche Mode compusă de Martin L. Gore și cântată de Dave Gahan care apare pe albumul Violator. Cu o lună înainte de lansarea acestui album, a fost lansat ca single de Mute Records pe 5 februarie 1990, cu Memphisto pe partea B.

Yazoo « Don’t go »

« Don’t Go » est une chanson du groupe de synth-pop britannique Yazoo (connu aux États-Unis et au Canada sous le nom de Yaz). Il est sorti en 1982 en tant que deuxième single de leur premier album, Upstairs at Eric’s.

Sorti en 1982, la chanson a culminé à la troisième place du « UK Singles Chart », devenant le deuxième top 5 de Yazoo. Aux États-Unis, où le groupe était connu sous le nom de Yaz, la chanson était leur deuxième plus grand succès dans le classement américain de la danse où il passa deux semaines à la première place en octobre 1982. Leur premier succès dans le classement américain de la danse était « Situation », qui avait également été à la première place  plus tôt la même année. Le clip de la chanson présente les membres du groupe Alison Moyet et Vince Clarke dans une sorte de manoir hanté avec Clarke dans le rôle de Victor Frankenstein. La chanson est rentrée dans le UK Dance Chart le 13 décembre 2009 au numéro 30, passant en cinquième position le 2 janvier 2010.

„Don’t Go” este o melodie a trupei britanice synth-pop Yazoo (cunoscută în SUA și Canada sub numele de Yaz). A fost lansat în 1982 ca al doilea single de pe albumul lor de debut, Upstairs at Eric’s.

Lansată în 1982, cântecul a ajuns pe locul trei în UK Singles Chart, devenind al doilea hit de top 5 al lui Yazoo. În SUA, unde trupa era cunoscută sub numele de Yaz, cântecul a fost cel de-al doilea mare hit în topul american de dans, unde a petrecut două săptămâni pe primul loc în octombrie 1982. Primul lor hit în topul american de dans a fost „Situation”, care a avut a ajuns, de asemenea, pe primul loc în acest top la începutul aceluiași an. Clipul muzical al piesei îi prezintă pe membrii trupei Alison Moyet și Vince Clarke într-un fel de conac bântuit, cu Clarke distribuit în rolul lui Victor Frankenstein. Cântecul a reintrat în UK Dance Chart pe 13 decembrie 2009 pe locul 30, ajungând pe locul 15 pe 2 ianuarie 2010.

« Don’t Go » is a song by British synth-pop band Yazoo (known in the US and Canada as Yaz). It was released in 1982 as the second single from their debut album, Upstairs at Eric’s.

Released in 1982, the song peaked at number three on the UK Singles Chart, becoming Yazoo’s second top 5 hit. In the US, where the band was known as Yaz, the song was their second big hit on the American dance chart, where it spent two weeks at number one in October 1982. Their first American dance chart hit was « Situation », which had also gone to number one on this chart earlier the same year. The music video for the song features band members Alison Moyet and Vince Clarke in a sort of haunted mansion with Clarke cast in the role of Victor Frankenstein. The song re-entered the UK Dance Chart on 13 December 2009 at number 30, peaking at number 15 on 2 January 2010.

Michel Berger

Starmania est un opéra-rock franco-québécois composé par Michel Berger sur un livret de Luc Plamondon. Le spectacle est présenté pour la première fois le  au palais des congrès de Paris.

L’enfance de l’art à l’orée de mon adolescence.

Ce monde d’illusion m’aura construit pour me déconstruire et a fait de moi ce que je suis aujourd’hui.

Merci à Michel Berger, à France Gall et à tous les ayant droit pour cette fable, pour ce voyage au long cours qui m’aura ouvert les yeux.

Michel Polnareff, surnommé « L’Amiral », né le  à Nérac (Lot-et-Garonne), est un auteur-compositeur-interprète franco-américain.

Pianiste et mélodiste pop, il cultive une apparence singulière. Il est le compositeur et l’interprète de nombreux succès populaires, comme : Love Me, Please Love Me, La Poupée qui fait non, Le Bal des Laze, Tout, tout pour ma chérie, Je suis un homme, On ira tous au paradis, Lettre à France ou encore Goodbye Marylou.

Nous lui devons également le thème du célèbre film de Gérard Oury « La folie des Grandeurs » dont les acteurs Louis de Funès et Yves Montand tiennes les rôles principaux. Film à voir ou à revoir en fin d’article.

Michel Polnareff, supranumit „L’Amiral”, born on July 3, 1944 in Nérac (Lot-et-Garonne), is a Franco-American composer and interpreter.

A pianist and pop melodist, he cultivates a singular appearance. He is the composer and performer of many popular hits, such as: Love Me, Please Love Me, La Poupée qui fait non, Le Bal des Laze, Tout, tout pour ma darling, Je suis un homme, On ira tous au paradis , Letter to France or even Goodbye Marylou.

We also owe him the theme of the famous film by Gérard Oury « La folie des Grandeurs » in which the actors Louis de Funès and Yves Montand play the main roles. Film to watch or re-watch at the end of the article.

L’artiste, au sommet de sa gloire dans les années 1970 et 1980, jouera fin juin au festival de Glastonbury, dans le sud-ouest de l’Angleterre, dont il était déjà la tête d’affiche en 2002. Avant cela, il se produira à Las Vegas au Caesars Palace.

Bonnie Tyler, née Gaynor Hopkins le  à, est une chanteuse britannique.

Connue pour sa voix rocailleuse, elle rencontre le succès avec la sortie de son premier album The World Start Tonight et ses singles Lost In France et More Than A Lover. Son single It’s a Heartache datant de 1978 est numéro un en France, mais également numéro quatre au Royaume-Uni et numéro trois aux États-Unis.

Une petite princesse sans prétention que j’ai adorée juste le temps d’un café sur une terrasse au bord du lac Léman et ensuite…

Sur une terrasse au bord du lac Léman, une oreille  indiscrète …Voilà comment avec une glace Vanille Framboise j’ai connu Rose Laurens. Il y a eu ensuite une promenade, un repas et une nuit…. Si tu savais Rose le jour ou j’ai appris ta disparition à quel point j’ai été effondré.

Elle nous chantait : “Quand tu pars” Nous partons tous un jour et ce qu’il faut réaliser, c’est que chaque seconde vécue ne se revivra jamais, que chacune de ces secondes est un départ.

She sang to us: “When you leave” We all leave one day and what we must realize is that every second lived will never be experienced again and that each of these seconds is a departure.

O prințesă mică, fără pretenții, pe care am adorat-o doar pentru timpul unei cafele pe o terasă de pe malul lacului Geneva și apoi…

Pe o terasă de pe malul lacului Geneva, o persoană cu urechea… Așa l-am cunoscut pe Rose Laurens cu o înghețată Vanilla Raspberry. Apoi a fost o plimbare, o masă și o noapte… Dacă ai ști cât de supărat am fost în ziua în care ai plecat.

Ea ne-a cântat: „când pleci”. Mergem cu toții acolo într-o zi și ceea ce trebuie să înțelegem este că fiecare secundă trăită nu va mai fi trăită niciodată și că fiecare secundă este o plecare.

Videoclip: „Când pleci (Pentru a trăi în lumina ta)” Această melodie pe care o datorăm lui Francis Cabrel și Jean-Pierre Goussaud m-a făcut să plâng de mai multe ori.
