Elle est sortie en avril 1984 en tant que deuxième single de l’album. La chanson est plus douce et plus proche d’une ballade que la plupart des autres singles de l’album. Elle a atteint la 4e place du Billboard Hot 100, devenant ainsi le premier hit d’Idol dans le top 10 aux États-Unis. Le titre de la chanson est emprunté au film d’horreur de 1960 connu en anglais sous le nom d’Eyes Without a Face.

The song’s title was borrowed from the 1960 horror film known in English as Eyes Without a Face.
